Why the Long Face?
Proving that creepy events don’t just happen in Germany or Florida, this dispatch from The Seattle Times is among the most disturbing that I’ve read in quite a while. It involves three men, a horse, a video tape and fatal internal injuries.

Is it at all possible to get something erased from your brain, Sunshine of the Spotless Mind style? Please?
I’ve been following this story for a little while, so I’m telling you the following to make sure you are up to speed on the details. I do this as a friend, and not as someone looking to inflict further psychological harm (though maybe that is part of it):
1) This barn has a reputation online, and brought visitors from all over the world.
2) Washington, along with 13 other states, has no laws on the books about bestiality.
3) There are apparently hours and hours of videotapes that the police have had to review to determine if there was any animal cruelty.
4) If you’re asking yourself “but isn’t having sex with an animal cruelty?” the answer would be yes IF it were man-on-horse penetration. But it’s not.
5) The man in question died from an infection stemming from a perforation in his colon, and not from, say, a kick to the head or something.
Enjoy your morning!
Also, fantastic post title.
Clearly, you’ve made the story ten times worse. An infamous barn? Good lord.
I figured about the internal injuries, but I was really hoping that wasn’t it.
